Description
This letter mainly relates to Marie Seton's relationship with Elsie Cohen which had been damaged by dealings over the Academy Cinema, which Elsie managed. Seton refers to Hoellering's alleged perfidy and Donald's belief that there was a case vis-a-vis the Academy, but that Elsie had left it too late to speak out. The end of the letter consists of general comments on the situation with Elsie.
Hoellering was the owner of the Academy Cinema whose actions caused Helene, Elsie Cohen and Marie to loose money they invested.
