Description: This letter relates mainly to Indian politics. Marie Seton writes about Congress Party factions and in-fighting, regional divisions and linguistic battles leading to discrimination in India, industrial progress, and colour prejudice in India. She also discusses the general detestation of Krishna Menon - his tactlessness, his neuroses, including a possible persecution complex. She tells Moody about Indira (Gandhi's) unhappiness at Menon's disruption of the Nehru household and expresses concerns about what will happen after Nehru's death.
