Urban Splash introduces New Islington, one of the developer鈥檚 ambitious urban regeneration projects. Following Will Alsop鈥檚 plan, the 30-acre site east of Manchester city centre comprises 1,700 new homes, a school, offices and retail and leisure spaces, built around a new canal and water park.
