The gallery's first ARTIST ROOMS exhibition brings together iconic works by Richard Long (b. 1945), including Cornish Slate Ellipse 2009 and A Line Made By Walking 1967. This display explores Long’s interest in landscape and the natural environment, and is part of a changing exhibition programme at Oldham’s gallery and museum, featuring natural and social history as well as contemporary art.
