British Art Network members are invited to join this major conference offered by the British Art Network, the European Paintings pre-1900 network, the Understanding British Portraits professional network.

The conference panels will address questions around the decision-making, delivery, and consumption of temporary exhibitions.

Confirmed speakers include Dr Ellen McAdam, Birmingham Museums Trust; Dr Helen Pheby, Yorkshire Sculpture Park; Emma Ridgway, Modern Art Oxford; Anne Stewart and Hannah Crowdy, National Museums Northern Ireland; Grace Todd and Nicholas Thornton, National Museum Wales; Jess Thom, Touretteshero; Julie Milne, Tyne and Wear Archives and Museums; Ruth Brimacombe, independent scholar; Cathy Waters, University of Kent; Rosie Wilson, National Portrait Gallery.

The conference panels will be chaired by Gabriele Finaldi, Director of the National Gallery; Alex Farquharson, Director of Tate Britain; Nicholas Cullinan, Director of the National Portrait Gallery. The programme will include panel discussions, private views, and time to meet fellow delegates at Tate Britain, the National Portrait Gallery, and the National Gallery.
