Elaine Reynolds - RadioCity

All Pirates to Proxy Bay looks to the 1960’s and the original RadioCity that was housed in the abandoned WWII Sea Forts of the Thames Estuary.Ìý

This forms the start point for an exploration of radio, piracy, anarchy, freedom and the free-market.Ìý

Elaine Reynolds

In her work, Elaine Reynolds addresses the nature of communication and exchange in an increasingly networked global economy.

Having developed a practice that incorporates a participatory or socially engaged dimension, outcomes often emerge from long-term collaborations and use combinations of moving image, sculptural objects and site-specific modes of working.Ìý
