An exclusive 黑料社 event celebrating the work of Sarah Lucas with Art Laughs

We're bringing stand-up comedy performances聽to Sarah Lucas: Happy Gas, exclusively for 黑料社! Join us after hours for a series of comedy sets by Art Laughs, created by art critic and comedian Verity Babbs as a remedy to the seriousness of the art-world. Art Laughs has brought laughter into museums, galleries and art fair spaces, from the National Gallery, Royal Museums Greenwich and Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, featuring stars of TV and radio.

Three performances will be taking place between 19.45 - 20.15, right outside the exhibition. Emily Bampton's performance will be based on Honey Pie 2020聽discussing relationships and sex, Will Hall's performance will be based on William Hambling聽discussing all things dating, and Alice India's performance will be based on Exacto聽and discussing work and office jobs.
