Explore artworks addressing race, gender, homosexuality and AIDS

Join Tate Collection artist Sunil Gupta for a walk and discussion of works on display by General Idea, Derek Jarman, Keith Piper, Lubaina Himid, Rotimi Fani-Kayode and Gupta himself that crucially addressed race, gender, homosexuality and AIDS in the 1980s.

The use of different acronyms and language with reference to identity throughout this text express the personal wishes of each individual or group listed in the programme for the ‘Queer & Now’ festival
