Choreographic Service No.4 – Some Strands of Support is a choreography for hair prostheses in which a designated object, sculpture or statue is cared for and coerced by the touch of hair. For this performance, Liverpool Biennial has hired three days of ‘haircare’ for a statue of Apollo Sauroktonos, which is part of the Ancient Greece episode, exhibited at Tate Liverpool.

Please note, performances will take place throughout the day.

Adam Linder (b. 1983, Sydney, Australia) lives in Berlin, Germany. Linder works predominantly with the medium of dance, making both theatre pieces and ‘Choreographic Services’. He has worked with choreographers, dance companies, and visual artists including Shahryar Nashat, Michael Clark, Meg Stuart/Damaged Goods and The Royal Ballet.
