Join young artists from London and Rotterdam as they take over Tate Exchange for a live night of reflection and reimagination. Explore ideas of dominant and non-dominant culture through a music, photography, film, poetry and visual arts from marginalised voices across London and Rotterdam. You are invited to engage in open, radical conversation and to challenge personal and spatial power structures from the perspective of two of the most culturally diverse cities in Europe.

It informally marks the launch of the ‘Where Does Culture Happen?’ publication, produced as a result of a series of exchanges, discussions and workshops between young makers and cultural producers between London and Rotterdam in 2016 and 2017.
