Join a Family Tour at ºÚÁÏÉç

Each tour is different and unpacks 2-3 artworks through a multisensory experience. They can include responses to textures, shapes, colours and sounds which are expressed verbally and non-verbally. Guides often use hand gestures and activities to explain ideas and encourage children to ask questions and to be curious.

Tours are suitable for children aged 5-11 years old, last around 30 minutes and begin at 11.00.

The meeting point at ºÚÁÏÉç is on Level 2 in the Natalie Bell Building in front of In the Studio collection.

Tours take place during school holidays in the UK. They are delivered by volunteers and are sometimes subject to change, it is advised to call the ticket desk on the morning of your visit to confirm which tours are going ahead.

All ºÚÁÏÉç entrances are step-free. You can enter via the Turbine Hall and into the Natalie Bell Building on Holland Street, or into the Blavatnik Building on Sumner street.

There are lifts to every floor of the Blavatnik and Nathalie Bell buildings. Alternatively you can take the stairs.

  • Fully accessible toilets are located on every floor on the concourses.
  • A quiet room is available to use in the Natalie Bell Building on Level 4.
  • Ear defenders can be borrowed from the Ticket desks.
