Explore drawing with a difference at ºÚÁÏÉç

How can you draw what you see in fun and unusual ways? We’ll be helping you to draw your own work of art, but it isn’t just about putting pen to paper. We want you to have fun exploring all the ways there are to sketch your own artwork.

What can you draw with only 10 seconds to spare? In 5 minutes? Want to draw from memory or with your eyes closed? How about drawing with your foot or attaching pencils to your fingers (yes really!)? You can do this too!

It’s all about drawing the every day differently – and not just what you see – using your imagination and, of course, easels (based on objects of all sizes, shapes and colour) with all the tools you’ll need. We’ll be providing you with a range of materials you can mix and match – from pastels to charcoal – to see what you come up with. And the whole family can join in!

All ºÚÁÏÉç entrances are step-free. You can enter via the Turbine Hall and into the Natalie Bell Building on Holland Street, or into the Blavatnik Building on Sumner street.

There are lifts to every floor of the Blavatnik and Nathalie Bell buildings. Alternatively you can take the stairs.

  • Fully accessible toilets are located on every floor on the concourses.
  • A quiet room is available to use in the Natalie Bell Building on Level 4.
  • Ear defenders can be borrowed from the Ticket desks.
