Dear Dr Hodin
We came here the next day after you had called. I plan to do some writing and I also want to do some drawing outdoors, so you will have to excuse us for not having kept our promise to come and see you. I hope that everything is going well for you in your new flat and that your official duties will not take up too much of your energy. It would be a shame if the real, intellectual work that you have planned were to suffer.
I assume you are now having a raid-free time in London and will soon be able to sit in the sun in Hyde Park.
It is quite cold here at the moment. But see you soon and all best,
