Description

Full text (in translation):
'Dear Sir,
I'm honored to finally be able to send you the images proof printed from the photographs that you kindly gave me while visiting Paris in July. These reproductions will be published in an almanac about Modern Plastic Arts: 'Zivot' (the life) edited by our group of which I'm the co-director. This almanac should be published in a few weeks at the end of this month. I will be very happy to be able to publish again about one of your recent 'naturalistic' sculptures that so vividly captured me in your studio. I would like to show our readers more choice, a more complete presentation of your artworks that, as you know, I highly value and see as one of the purest and important manifestations of the Plastic Arts of today. It would be 'funny' to see a few of your cubist works next to one or two of your naturalistic sculptures.
I'm asking you, dear Sir, to send me photographs as soon as possible. I would be very grateful as the almanac 'Zivot' (the life) will be at the printer's by the 15th of November. I'm asking you to send me the photographs (unpublished if possible?) as soon as possible.
In December I will have more of your artworks published in two more modernist magazines from Prague: 'Stavba'(structure) and 'Vera-Jkon' for which I'm a collaborator and it will be with the greatest pleasure that I will send you all the publications once they've been published.'
