Description: Sketch is not signed, not titled and not dated. Dates are derived from the known evidences, such as Lipchitz's autobiography, saying when he was working on the sculpture. Sketch depicts the group from behind, with both figures exaggeratedly wide. Judging by the page lining and paper quality sketches TGA 897/2/11-17 were originally drawn on sheets of the same school notebook. DIGITISATION.
