Description
Lipchitz has to execute for the exhibition 'Industry of Socialism' the 'monumental portrait' of F. Dzerzhinsky according to the approved sketch and to submit this work before 1 April 1937. Together with the final work he has to give all the preparatory and sketch works to the exhibition. He can't exhibit or reproduce his preparatory works in any form. Price of his work will be the previously agreed 2.000 roubles plus additional sum of 4.000 roubles. Signed by F.[S.]Amstislavsky and Jacques Lipchitz.
