Description: Deputy chairman of the board of 'Vsekokhudozhnik' Kazas informs Fanya Lipchitz that, as she knows on 28 November 1936 the art council of 'Vsekokudozhniki' reviewed the sculptural model 'Joy of life' and rejected it based on the motives she was provided earlier. At her request, the art council, with the participation of other experts, reviewed the model again and confirmed its previous decision.
