Description
This postcard is also an invitation card for and exhibition of John Banting's recent works, [at the Storran Gallery, see TGA 779/5/58, as wells as TGA 9717/1/11 in this series] with printed text of a poem by Banting on one side.
In handwriting using multiple colours of ink, Banting asks Humphrey Spender if he can come to 'the Caledonian' [market] some time on Friday, and also asking Spender to look out for any African beadwork on sale there.
