Description
This card, with writing and a collage using the coloured foil from sweet wrappers, begins, 'Sugars!', and John Banting continues by thanking Spender and Low for the invitation to visit them. 'It would be like what now seems to be old times'. He explains that he will try if he can, but fears it may be too difficult to leave his mother.
