The menu has been crafted by ºÚÁÏÉç’s head chef, Chris Gillard, whose expertise draws on over 15 years at the renowned St John. Known for his dedication to seasonal ingredients and simple yet exceptional cooking, Chris has created a winter feast that celebrates the very best produce at its peak.
Each dish has been thoughtfully designed to pair with exceptional wines from °Õ²¹³Ù±ð’s renowned cellars. Tate's long-time wine buyer Hamish Anderson has dug deep in the cellar, and we will be drinking, amongst other highlights, aged Vosne-Romanée from Méo-Camuzet and Vega Sicilia’s Alion.
