Experience Ad Minoliti's colourful and geometric paintings

Artist Ad Minoliti draws on the rich legacy of geometric abstraction in Latin America and presents alternative universes influenced by feminist and queer thought. The exhibition also features Minoliti’s ongoing project The Feminist School of Painting, transforming part of the gallery space into an active classroom.

Originated by BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art and re-presented at Tate St Ives.

Ad Minoliti: Biosfera Peluche / Biosphere Plush has been produced by BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art, curated by Irene Aristizábal. This presentation has been created in collaboration with Anne Barlow, Director, Tate St Ives with Giles Jackson, Assistant Curator, Tate St Ives.

Tate St Ives is located on Porthmeor Beach. There is a ramp up to the gallery entrance alongside stairs with a handrail.

There are lifts to all Levels of the gallery, or alternatively you can take the stairs.

  • Accessible and standard toilets are on Level 3, next to Gallery 6.
  • A toilet is on Level 3, next to Gallery 1.
  • Ear defenders can be borrowed from the information desk.
